The Role.
To support the Warehouse Manager in delivering a 'right first time' service, whilst adhering to all company Quality, Health and Safety policies.
The Responsibilities.
To complete all warehouse administration duties in a timely manner
Process PI (Perpetual Inventory) Counts & Movements accurately
Investigate stock discrepancies and raise any unresolved issues
Support of training of colleagues to ensure procedures are followed
Demonstrate Safe working practices
Provide Holiday and Sickness cover as required
Manage and update the warehouse production plan
Allocate work orders and manage any discrepancies
Work Collaboratively with other departments
Any other duties as required

Ability to confidently communicate in English with people from all levels within the business
Ability to work on own initiative
Able to listen to your colleagues and provide support and direction as and when required
High attention to detail, ability to spot and rectify errors as they occur
Organised and able to maintain accurate records
Flexible in your approach to working hours
