Purchasing Administration Assistant.
Location: Cleckheaton, BD19 4TT..
Hours per week: Full Time [Mon-Fri].
Contract Status: Permanent.
Reporting to: Heads of Componentry and Raw Materials.

The Role.
Gathering and sharing appropriate information and ensuring procedures are followed at all times. Supporting the Procurement team to ensure continuous improvement and add value to our organisation.
The Responsibilities.
Populating Purchasing spreadsheets
Booking in deliveries (raw materials/full service componentry). Check due dates against system prior to offering a delivery slot (helps to regulate deliveries into the warehouse and aids our Accounts department with invoicing)
Reviewing due dates of all materials relating to a specific order for potential production improvements
Running/Categorising daily MRP report
Supporting the warehouse by updating raw material delivery spreadsheet

Any other duties as required from the Purchasing team.

Strong Computer skills (preferably in MS Office, in particular Excel)
