Our clients’ key commercial and technical contact across skincare, haircare, personal care, and cosmetics. The role identifies opportunities and gaps within client product ranges, delivers innovative, trend-led solutions, and ensures concepts are technically robust and commercially viable.
The Global Head of Product Design will coordinate cross-functional teams—including formulation, packaging, process development, and marketing—to deliver comprehensive proposals and manage projects from concept through to launch. A strong focus on measurable performance through established KPIs, technical excellence, and proactive innovation is essential.
(50%) Technical – Formulation, Packaging, Regulatory, and Scale-Up.
(40%) Marketing, Branding, Insight & Client Presentations.
(10%) Commercialisation.
This role will require national and international travel.
Essential – BSc in Cosmetic Science, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or relevant fields
Preferred – MSc in Cosmetic Science, Biological Sciences or Chemistry or relevant fields
Highly Desirable – PhD in Cosmetic Science, Biological Sciences, Chemistry or relevant fields.
3+ years of experience in formulation, product development, with expertise in packaging, commercialisation and manufacturing.
Highly Desirable – 5+ of industry experience with 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Brand Development.
