Client Support Manager

Client Support Manager at Orean is the ‘go to’ individual internally to ensure any client-related queries are managed and resolved quickly.

Reporting to Head of Client Support

The Client Support Manager is responsible for liaising with clients to build and maintain exceptional relationships. To be the ‘go to’ individual internally to ensure any client-related queries are managed and resolved quickly and in line with company procedures, and maintain an excellent attention to detail to drive the full production process from initial Purchase Order to dispatch of the finished product.

The Responsibilities.

  • Work closely with Account Managers to set up new products for the business.
  • Manage all sales orders through the business with the support of internal departments.
  • To provide an outstanding level of client contact through regular communication by telephone & face-to-face meetings, maintaining the personal touch.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate across the business with key stakeholders to ensure the process flows effectively.
  • Any other duties requested by the Head of Client Support.

  • Good level of education, minimum grade C & above (or equivalent) GCSE English & Maths.
