The Client Support Manager is responsible for liaising with clients to build and maintain exceptional relationships. To be the ‘go to’ individual internally to ensure any client-related queries are managed and resolved quickly and in line with company procedures, and maintain an excellent attention to detail to drive the full production process from initial Purchase Order to dispatch of the finished product.
