Quality System Administrator

Orean is seeking a dual-focused Quality System Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of product excellence while leading a robust safety culture across all sites.

The Responsibilities.

• Control of batch paperwork, retains, and physical standards.
• Generation of finished goods CofAs
• Logging and archiving raw material documentation.
• Assisting the quality team in investigations
• Assisting in document control.
• Control of QC consumables
• Maintaining the digital quality system.
• Assisting in batch paperwork generation and label creation.

The Skills.

• Experiences with Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, etc.
• Great organisational skills.
• Experience managing a digital system.
• Ideally familiar with the concepts of ISO9001.
