In Process Controller

The Responsibilities.

• Perform quality checks on-line to an agreed specification.
• Carry out audits of the products within production to verify specifications are met from manufacture to dispatch.
• The control of non-conformances including reviewing in an effective and timely manner.
• Investigation and analysis and support production for root cause analysis.
• Control and review of quarantine stock.
• Attend key operational meetings.
• Calibration & validation of equipment.
• To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity.
• Any other duties as required by Quality Health & Safety Officer.

Experience & Skills:

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a QC function role.
• Computer literate, with ability to compile excel spread sheets and word reports.
• Working with procedures and work instructions.
